Kitchen Renovation

My responsibilities on this job were to demolish the kitchen and dispose of the material. Then install strapping board, drywall, cement board, wall tile, perimeter board on the ceiling, floating shelves, window trim and sill board. I installed / redirected the plumbing for the sink and dishwasher. Lastly I painted the ceiling and areas that weren’t tiled.

• My brother installed all electrical.
• Kitchen cabinets were pre-built and installed by another business. 
• Kitchen granite countertops were installed by another company. 
• Spray foam insulation was installed by another company. 

End result was the home owners loving their new kitchen.

Note: during the pandemic it was hard to get help for this job, so the homeowner was providing assistance for the tiling, perimeter board on the ceiling and installation of the floating shelves.
