Front Concrete Step Demolition and Construction
Heavy, heavy work!
In these photos and video you will see the demolition and construction of a front step, furthermore to the front step The owners wanted a front yard patio next to the step plus a long walkway to go to the side of the house. Reason for the front patio, they didn’t have a backyard. This is identical work as to the other projects in my portfolio. This natural stone patio, had to be carefully cut to fit in place.
Cutting the front step stones perfectly was a must!
For the steps, the stones again are 7 feet long and 100 lbs per foot. Moving the stones by hand and no machines, is not something I do for fun or just exercise. Think about how you would do this work with out an excavator or skid steer?
