Bathroom Upgrade
This customer on portage ave. in Fort Frances wanted to upgrade his bathroom with a walk-in tub. This was a large project for one man to do! Job entailed strip out all fixtures, flooring, walls, all cast plumbing. Then replace with new ABS pipes and additional floor joists in basement to carry the weight of new tub, enlarge bathroom door, porcelain tile flooring, toilet, tub, vanity, ceiling fan/ light and vent, porcelain wall tile and paint walls and ceiling.
